Terms of sale

On this page

These terms apply to everything you buy from Vexon Group LTD, trading as vxolt, company number 16879644, registered office 15 Seaside Road, Eastbourne, United Kingdom, BN21 3PP. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your order and our contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but the contract is formed only when we email you to say the order has been dispatched. Until then we may decline all or part of an order — for example if an item turns out to be unavailable, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we cannot verify payment — and if we do, we refund anything you have paid in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK tax as shown at checkout. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We take payment when you place the order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. If we find a pricing error before dispatch we will tell you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling.

Delivery

We deliver to the addresses and countries offered at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates; the item becomes your responsibility when it is delivered to the address you gave. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling and returning

You may cancel a distance purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and we accept returns for 30 days from delivery. Items must come back unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us; standard delivery charges are refunded when a whole order is returned within the 14-day cancellation period. We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics. Full details are on the Returns page.

Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have the rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015: a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and repair or replacement after that, with a refund if we cannot do either. Tell us at us.

Our liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Gift cards and promotions

Gift cards are valid for the period shown when they are issued and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated when offered and may be withdrawn.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first; most problems are sorted in one exchange. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings there. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform if it is available to you.
