We would rather sell you one thing that lasts than three that do not. That shapes what we stock, how we describe it and how we pack it.
What we stock. We favour products that can be repaired, worn for years and passed on. When a material or a maker has a clear advantage on this, we say so on the product page; when we do not know, we do not claim it.
How we pack. Orders ship in recyclable card and paper. We avoid plastic filler where an alternative does the job, and we reuse packaging from our own inbound deliveries where it is sound.
What we do not do. We do not offset our way out of anything and we do not print "eco" on things to sell them. If you want to know something specific about a product's origin, email us and we will tell you what we know, including where we do not know.
