Your right to cancel
Because you buy from us at a distance, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. On top of that, we accept returns for 30 days from delivery. Both work the same way below.
How to return something
1. Request the return from your account, choosing the items and the reason. 2. We confirm the return address and a reference by email, usually within one working day. 3. Post the items back, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, within 14 days of our confirmation. Include the reference. 4. We inspect the items when they arrive and refund the original payment method within 14 days.
Who pays the return postage
You do, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered — then we cover it and will tell you how in the return email. Use a tracked service: the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
What we refund
The price you paid for the items. If you return a whole order within the 14-day cancellation period we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If an item comes back used, without tags, or damaged beyond looking at it the way you would in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is not, tell us at us with photos where they help. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund; after that we will repair or replace first, and refund if we cannot.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order, so you are not waiting on the post twice. If we can offer a direct exchange for your item we will say so in the return email.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
